The Client is a well-known employer with an impressive brand portfolio and various sites. This is a new, permanent role based in Craigavon/Armagh.

Reporting to a Reward Partner in GB, the successful candidate will be the primary contact for reward-related issues, handling queries, requests, and supporting activities like annual salary reviews.

The Role:

  • Assist in designing, delivering, and implementing the reward strategy and activities
  • Handle reward-related inquiries and requests
  • Conduct data analysis, create reward communications, and aid in developing reward processes
  • Proactively engage in rewards-related initiatives, including enhancing incentive offerings
  • Collaborate with HR on incentive programs
  • Support the annual salary review process, issue letters, ensure timely payments, and compliance
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to assess compensation competitiveness
  • Submit data for external reward surveys
  • Support internal and external salary benchmarking
  • Administer Company pension schemes including enrollments, opt-outs, and auto enrollments
  • Assist with the yearly pension salary sacrifice window procedure
  • Support the annual holiday purchase scheme
  • Prepare presentations and communication documents

The Person:

  • 3rd Level qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent
  • 2-3 + years experience as a reward/HR advisor
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms
  • Analytical and numerate with advanced Excel skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Experience in UK pensions administration, desirable
  • Full UK driving licence, desirable
