S/he will demonstration a willingness to contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the Academy in what is an extremely busy and varied role.


Job description

  • Responsible for academy digital marking
  • Creating and updating academy social media
  • Creating and updating academy website
  • Creating marketing and promotional materials for the academy
  • Providing general administrative support under the direction of the Administration Manager.
  • Supporting reception duties in line with Admin processes for front of house.
  • Meet and greet visitors professionally in line with security requirements adhering to signing in/out processes using electronic and manual systems.
  • Take room bookings via the online room booking system and arrange for any additional request in relation to the bookings
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and follow the guidelines set out in the Academy policies
  • Be aware of health and safety with the Academy and how this affects the Admin Team
  • Assist with fire evacuation in line with the Fire Policy
  • Assist with other similar tasks as may be required

  • Effective use of ICT packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel good keyboard skills
  • Ability to use relevant equipment and resources

  • Good organising/planning methodical with good attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Evidence of a successful education.
  • Educated with formal qualifications including GCSE (or Level 2 equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language or similar qualifications gained since leaving compulsory education.
