Wholesale Executive - Multi Brand Agency


A fashion agency has an exciting new opportunity for a wholesale executive to join a small, friendly team based in Notting Hill.


my client has a multi-brand wholesale showroom which sells brands from across Europe to some of the best department stores and boutiques in the UK and Ireland.


Responsibilities of the Wholesale Executive:

  • Prepare collections and the showroom before the sales period starts
  • Work with product forecasts and sales budgets
  • Work with and manage key accounts
  • Assist the wholesale team during sales season with appointments, to achieve sales targets, communicating with existing clients and seeking out new prospects
  • Manage admin during and outside sales season including selections, orders, product information sheets, logistics, swaps and returns.
  • Negotiate sales terms
  • Prepare product information packs for key accounts
  • Travel with collections to sell stock on the road, visit existing and new stores
  • Assist with sampling and events in stores

Requirements:

  • Experience in wholesale, buying or merchandising is desired
  • Good knowledge of UK retail and women's fashion brands and market competitors
  • Experienced in excel and working with sales data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with external clients
  • Highly organised
  • Great time management
  • Works well under pressure
  • Languages are desired but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be flexible to travel and work late during sales periods
Must have a Wholesale and fashion background
