Job Purpose:
This role involves contributing to the growth and maintenance of our temporary staffing services. You will play an active role in attracting new business to meet sales targets and expand our client base.

Under the guidance of the Head of Commercial, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to become part of our welcoming, expanding team. We will provide training and assistance to help you evolve into a successful Consultant, with prospects for further career advancement.


Responsibilities:
- Identifying key decision makers through cold calls
- Assisting the Head of Commercial and Senior Recruitment Manager in enhancing existing PSL opportunities
- Generating new leads and sales
- Following up on potential sales prospects

- Cultivating client relationships and gaining insight into their needs and collaboration potential

- Monitoring progress and outcomes using the Salesforce system
- Meeting with prospective clients to explore new business avenues, enhance brand visibility, and pinpoint key contacts

- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and targets to achieve personal and team objectives

- Promoting City Calling via social media and direct marketing strategies, including mailshots, leaflet distribution, and event participation

- Conducting reference calls to identify potential leads
- Conducting candidate searches for specialized and challenging positions
