We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Supervise daytoday performance, including achievement of agreed customer KPIs and other internal KPIs (eg. safety, operational, employee related etc)
  • Supporting the leadership team in analysing and understanding health and safety related risks for our colleagues, conducting this as part of the locations checks on PIC activity and rectyfing the at scane issue.
  • Inventory management, implementing and supervising the adherence of up to date processes, work instructions, standard operating procedures and associated forms to achieve prescribed outputs.
  • Gross / Net Stock Adjustments to be kept within tolerance Target in line with contract targets.
  • Support management with resource planning and management e.g. implement agreed processes to review performance, monitor absense and sickness and address issues within clear guidelines.
  • Performance management, tracking monthbymonth KPIs and budget expenditure in area of responsibility.
  • Within the context of responsibilities set by management, on a daytoday basis, assign tasks, monitor performance and support the team as necessary.

  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Warehouse Experience is essential due to environment.
  • Inventory Management experience is essential.
years Logistics Operational experience is desired.
