Established in 2005, my client are the second-largest agency in the UK, known for their selective and personalised approach. They are seeking motivated salespeople to help expand our business.

The Role:

• Manage and build relationships with 150 unallocated high-end clients
• Engage with clients through emails, calls, and face-to-face meetings to understand their model needs
• Follow processes to ensure the business runs efficiently
• Maintain persistence by contacting the same client up to 4-5 times per day
• Negotiate prices for each job, as models do not have fixed rates
• Cross-sell to secure multiple bookings, addressing all aspects of client requirements
• While this role is within the fashion industry, a strong drive to succeed in sales is essential

Key Requirements:

• Must be driven by processes and sales
• Confident in face-to-face meetings
• Money-motivated individuals with clear financial goals, rather than fashion-focused
• Persistence is crucial; you should always stay at the forefront of your clients' minds
• A solid level of office experience (call centre/recruitment experience is a plus)
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients
• Must be memorable and stand out with high energy
• Mon-Fri in their Hammersmith office

For the right candidate the Salary is £31K + £10K OTE uncapped. 2nd year expectations after promotion are £100K+.
