This role demands in-depth expertise in property management and a sharp ability to spot opportunities that can boost property value and performance. This role is crucial for overseeing our freehold and leasehold portfolio, encompassing 1,000 trading and investment properties in the region, playing a key part in steering positive transformations and openings for our company. Responsibilities:
  • Execute rent reviews and lease renewals accurately and manage external professional partners.
  • Manage a diverse property portfolio, including retail, commercial, factory, and office properties nationwide.
  • Minimize vacancies and maximize rental income through innovative solutions.
  • Handle daily landlord and tenant issues both externally and internally.
  • Control service charge budgets and applicable costs.
  • Work closely with internal teams like finance, legal, and operations to bolster the company's property business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Member of RICS or equivalent experience.
  • Background as an Asset Manager/Property Manager with expertise in managing a commercial property portfolio.
  • Prior experience in budget reporting, finance, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
  • Experience in client-side or private practice with multi-site management.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships with property owners and stakeholders for property optimization.
