Job Description:

Warehouse Team Leader | Days 6am till 6pm | 4 on 4 off | £14.30 p/h
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a team, ensuring procedures are being followed, and you are role-modelling Gousto behaviours at all times

You will:

  • Help drive the delivery of key operational KPI's: OTIF, labour, GMP, changeover times, throughputs that deliver against plan, and maintain quality standards within the Warehouse
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are being adhered to
  • Work closely with the planning and supply chain team to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet order requirements whilst effectively managing costs
  • Work closely with the Engineering department to ensure machinery is effectively maintained
  • Help recruit, build and train high performing teams, and define clear career progression opportunities
  • Oversee shift operation of individual loops or wider ops area as required

  • Experience of leading a team in a fast paced FMCG environment
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Selfmotivated, team worker
  • Ambitious
  • Experience in automated fulfilment an advantage
