Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to a range of abilities and age groups.
  • Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encourage and support students in developing their artistic skills and expressing their creativity.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the art curriculum and participate in school events and activities.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Art or a related field.
  • Experience teaching art in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
