Teaching Assistant Location: - Romford Role: - Full-Time Teaching Assistant, Monday - Friday from 8.00am - 5.30pm Start Date: - Immediate Salary: - From £26,000 per annum

A charming, independent Pre-School in the heart of Golders Green is searching for a devoted Teaching Assistant to join their team in providing exceptional care and education to their group of 4-year-olds.

About Us: - This delightful Pre-School offers a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 5 years old. Their curriculum is crafted to offer enriching learning experiences that promote growth and development. The team is dedicated to offering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child. Teaching Assistant Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with a class teacher and experienced practitioners to aid in the learning and development of our young learners.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, offering one-on-one support to students, and contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities for Teaching Assistant: - Collaborate with the class teacher and practitioners to implement the curriculum and deliver engaging learning experiences. - Provide individualized support to students to facilitate their learning and development. - Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies. - Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to establish a supportive learning community. - Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources. - Utilize the latest technology, including interactive whiteboards, to enhance learning opportunities for students Requirements for Teaching Assistant: - Relevant experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting. - A passion for early childhood education and a dedication to supporting the holistic development of each child. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. - A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
