Join Us As a Quantity Surveyor at Infraspec

We are excited to offer a position for Quantity Surveyors in the vibrant cities of London or South East. Join our team in the Infrastructure and Construction industry where you can earn a salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience) plus an excellent benefits package.

If you are a Cost Consultant or Quantity Surveyor with a strong work ethic and experience in major infrastructure projects, we are interested in talking to you. Industries we work in include Aviation, Building & Construction, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Renewables & Environment, Power Generation, Utilities, Rail, Nuclear, and Civil Engineering.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
  • MRICS preferred, but not essential. Our clients can provide the necessary support to obtain MRICS
  • Understanding of NEC standard forms of contract
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Experience on high-value projects
  • Previous consultancy experience highly desirable
  • Client-focused with a commitment to excellent service delivery
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in digital tools for measurement, cost planning, and tender documents
