Anchor Freight are now seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join them in this progressive company. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and committed individual who wants to work in the logistics industry. This is a 20-hour working week position, working Monday to Friday.

You will need to live reasonably local to Ipswich and ideally have your own transport, although not essential.

  • Have the ability to work as part of team as well as independently when required to do so.
  • Have a professional mannerism when liaising with potential and existing clients.
  • Be competent on all Microsoft packages including Excel.
  • Have proven experience in a purchase ledger role.
To assist with all purchase ledger day to day activities including:

  • Processing of purchase invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Reconciliation of the accruals
  • Distribution of customer statements
  • Completing monthend duties
We offer 18 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

£16,000.00 per year
