We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Digital Content Creator & Video Editor.


Global Payments Solutions (GPS) have prioritised the design and delivery of outstanding training in order to enable HSBC to be the best transactional bank.

As a result, a global training team has been established within the Global Chief Control Officer's organisation.


Within this team, this role is responsible for designing, creating and delivering skills development and knowledge assets aimed at GPS colleagues and Relationship Managers to enable them to win more mandates and deepen GPS penetration.


In this role, you will:

  • Create skill development and other digital material to be hosted in a knowledge library. Many of these will be in video format but will, increasingly, include assets. This will require a creative approach and a willingness to work with video editing technology and other digital tools
  • Support product knowledge of the full range of GPS capabilities. In addition, for Sales and RM colleagues, support the effective use of systems and processes, to enable opportunity identification, effective negotiation and pricing and the delivery of solutions to clients effectively and with minimum risk.
  • Support client Implementation and Service colleagues delight our customers, providing outstanding support from onboarding our products to maintaining them through life.
  • Support the development of the Value Stream concept, creating skills development for Product Management, GPS Ops and GPS Tech teams.
  • Collaborate with Regions and others to gather feedback on existing material and identify future needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Competent user of a variety of Video Editing software.
  • An understanding of content distribution platforms and strategies in order to increase audience engagement.
  • Experience using content analytics and an understanding of their value and impact on content creation and distribution.
  • Strong communication, creative and organizational skills.
  • Track record of building strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Very strong presentation skills; able to work independently under pressure of competing deadlines.
The base location for this role is London with a Hybrid working model.
