Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a customer facing environment, preferably within a hospitality venue
- Knowledge of Central Reservations Systems is preferred
- Experience of working within structured team environment
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic and good team player.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and engage effectively at all levels.
- Remain focused at all times and able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
- Making the checkin and checkout process feel swift and seamless
- Being our guests' trusted contact helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
What we need from you
- Communication skills guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to
- Your problemsolving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
- Literate and techsavvy you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
