Position Available:


Reliability Maintenance Engineer Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems.
  • Design and implement new maintenance procedures for equipment monitoring and testing while keeping abreast of market trends for continuous improvement.
  • Research and apply innovative technologies and processes to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Develop and execute training programs for staff, collaborating with other departments to embed reliability throughout the organization.
  • Monitor property, facilities, and equipment conditions, ensuring timely maintenance and adherence to schedules.
  • Create strategies for ongoing improvement in equipment reliability and effectiveness, overseeing preventive maintenance processes.
  • Implement best practices for facility maintenance to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Supervise contractors on-site, lead team meetings, promote QHSE responsibilities, and maintain safety awareness within the facility.
  • Manage maintenance staff performance, including evaluations, training, coaching, and feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Around 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of liquid coatings manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of liquid coatings.
  • Effective communication skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in the chemical industry.
