What We Are Looking For...
You'll go to pre-booked appointments to clean the customer's oven, AGA, Range or other cooking appliances.

Driving a fully equipped and logo'd Mercedes van, looking smart on your OvenGleamers uniform, your in-depth training will ensure that your work is of the highest standard.


You must be able to drive, be practical and have a natural polite and friendly personality.

This role will cover areas within 30-60 minutes drive of Exeter.

Looking to hire someone that lives within a 20 minute drive of Exeter Town Centre.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Driving to a customer's home in our fully logo'd van in your smart OvenGleamers uniform
  • Cleaning the appliances that the customers have paid to be cleaned
  • Upselling where possible to clean other items or sell accessories (
    commission paid on upsells)
  • Completing Job Sheets in accordance with our procedures
  • Ensuring Customers are happy with the professional work that you have done
  • Leafletting in local areas to increase bookings
  • Posting Before/After photos on Facebook

You'll be a Great Choice for the Job If You Have:

You Also Need To Know

  • Appointment times run between 8.30 am and are usually finished by 5.30pm but will vary day to day
  • Flexible morning start time your first appointment could start as late as 10am to help with home commitments
  • Your working hours will average 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • One Saturday per month January
  • October (
    overtime paid for these)
  • Two Saturdays in November (
    overtime paid for these)
  • Every Saturday in December up to Christmas (
    overtime paid for these)
  • Initial 3month contract with payrise and permanent job after a successful probation period
  • Based from home with company vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone supplied
  • Van needs to be parked overnight so an electric cable can be attached to heat an electric tank in the van for 12 hours per day (van itself is NOT electric powered)
  • Daily appointment details shared through an App on work supplied smart mobile phone
  • You need to get to all jobs on time or keep customers & the office informed of any delays
  • 28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays (You will never work a Bank Holiday weekend)
  • Holiday over Christmas and New Year (Yes You'll never have to work over Christmas/New year holidays)
  • Training will commence soon after job is offered
  • Training is 2 weeks handson indepth to get you to a professional standard (at no cost to you)
  • Top up training as your experience grows (again at no cost to you)
  • All uniform and equipment is supplied free of charge
  • Company supplied mobile phone and fuel card
