A leading ranked national firm is recruiting for a life sciences partner to join their team in London.

This multi-award winning firm ranks top 50 in the Legal 500 and has a great reputation for delivering high quality advice and results for clients.

The firm has won a host of regional and national accolades in recent years including The Times best Law Firm.

The firm's approach of knowing and understanding its clients and building value mean they are able to build strong lasting relationships with clients, and provide practical and often bespoke solutions.

The firm's clients include international and UK corporations, FTSE/AIM companies, regional businesses, institutions, public bodies and high-net-worth individuals.

The team is passionate about being part of the life sciences sector because of the innovation, energy and drive of the sector, and the sector's constant search for new and better solutions for its customers and stakeholders.

The here and now of the pandemic and its global impact on human life and the world economy is testament to the demands being placed on businesses in the life sciences sector to provide innovative solutions.

The firm currently has an exciting opportunity to add real value in this area whilst benefitting from the firm wide referral network.

The current partner in another office of the firm specialises in all aspects of corporate and commercial work with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, licencing agreements and regulatory advice to companies and businesses in the Life Sciences and technology sector.

This would work well to replicate in their London office as the firm's corporate team is an extremely busy hub with 70+ corporate lawyers across 12 jurisdiction in the UK.

This is a truly brilliant opportunity for a partner or aspiring partner candidate looking to progress into more senior role within a role that offers broad exposure, responsibility with the benefit of support, and the ability to work with a vast range of clients, both domestic and international.
