We are looking for a Senior Closeout Coordinator to join our team based in our Aberdeen (AIBP) office.
What will you be doing?Organisational
- Responsible for preparation of CTR's within AKiMS for Close out activities and deliverables.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the designers and CAD Operators assigned to the Closeout team.
- Obtain approval signatures on Workpacks and Workpack Closeout Record Sheets as appropriate for each contract/project.
- Assist with the coaching of trainee Closeout co-ordinators and trainee designers when assigned to Closeout team.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with AOPL processes and procedures.
Technical
- Ensure Key Drawings are as-built and completed in line with Projects requirements/KPI's.
- Progress the return of key deliverables & workpacks from offshore as per schedule.
- Check Workpacks, including registers, documents, certification, punch lists and drawings returned from offshore for completeness and ensure that all such documents carry the necessary stamps & signatures.
- Ensure that the As-building of drawings & documents is carried out in accordance with each AOPL contract's/project's particular requirements and also company procedures.
- Ensure provision of relevant data for Client's maintenance management system updates including asset registers.
- Educated to degree level with appropriate professional qualifications.
- Ability to estimate, plan, execute and progress work effectively.
- Conversant with relevant industry codes standards and legal requirements.
- Abreast of latest relevant technical developments within Aker Solutions and the oil & gas industry generally.
- Communicate effectively within the organisation and with clients.
- Effective management and development of Closeout resources.
