We have the following exciting opportunities available:

Retail Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
The sales floor of the depot with an emphasis on driving sales & sales retention.

Develop a territory by managing a prospect list to secure new customers linked to the current commercial plan. This can be achieved within the existing customer base and with new accounts

Increase our customers buying base by actively seeking out key competitor accounts.

Manage customer margin targets in line with overall territory targets

Maintaining and continually reviewing all depot-related operations including shrinkage control, operational costing, and customer care.

Staff planning and training whilst guarding operational efficiencies through company standard operating procedures

To lead the promotional process and implement in the Cash and Carry

Complete all administration e.g. weekly sales reports, record cards and gains and losses report.

Hours of work
38-hour contract

Minimum 2 years' experience in the retail/wholesale industry.

Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to proficiently operate a computer system.

Be a team player, who is approachable, confident, and enthusiastic, and likes to build a rapport with internal and external customers
