At Exclusive Secure Care Services Limited, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients. The role of Secure Transport Support Worker involves ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable individuals during transportation.
Our Service may involve:
- Court appearances
- Transportation to various locations
- Supporting individuals with challenging behavior
- Medical appointments
- Supervised contacts
- Ensuring a positive approach to service users
- Monitoring and responding to the needs or emergencies of service users
Main Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Attend regular training sessions as directed by the management team
- Safely transport service users with dignity
- Maintain accurate records during shifts
- Support service users with daily tasks
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the team
- Possess fluency in English, both written and verbal

Education and Skills Required:
- Experience in handling challenging behavior preferred
- Positive attitude towards new challenges
- Ability to work in a team effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-management skills to meet service user requirements

Essential Requirements:
- Holding a full UK Driving Licence
- Proficiency with modern smartphones
- Enhanced DBS certification and subscription to the update service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Minimum 5 years of UK residency for insurance purposes
