Our customer based in Lincoln are a large national parcel delivery company.

Due to approaching peak period, we are recruiting for a clerical/admin assistant to join their team on a full time basis.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Support the administrative team with various clerical tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and Word
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Note:
