We are working with an excellent large company who we have been working in partnership with, for a while.
They have a vacancy in their international payroll team for a multilingual French speaking payroll expert.

The person they need

  • Must have 35 years payroll experience in France/Belgium
  • Native French
  • Knowledge of French payroll issues, such as some knowledge of the benefits and tax codes etc. within the country.
  • Administration or HR experience would be great
  • Someone with good Excel skills

Duties:

  • Sitting within the payroll team and supporting a few hundred employees who are on the international payroll
  • Cooperating closely with HR to roll out and manage benefit schemes and other deductions
  • Performing transactional payroll activities
  • Providing a great service to these internal employees and answering their queries
  • Dealing with expenses and travel reimbursements
  • Processing changes of salary, changes of tax codes etc.
  • Dealing with pension and private health deductions and submissions
  • Liaising with their outsourced payroll provider
  • Extracting necessary information for the payroll provider to process
