Do you have a passion for championing inclusion in education? Parker Smith Inclusion is on the lookout for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Colchester.

You'll be working in an Additional Resource Provision (ARP) attached to a mainstream primary school, providing vital support to students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour in a diverse, mixed-level class.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a guiding light for inclusive education.
  • Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to uplift students with tailored educational plans.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • A fervent commitment to fostering a more inclusive educational landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary:
£75.00-£95.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
