This role is office based in Doncaster. A great role for a graduate or someone early in their career.

THE JOB


Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Marketing, you will have the opportunity to perform research to find high-value accounts to target as well as spend time developing growth strategies from their findings.


They will ensure marketing activities line up with strategies developed and ultimately translate plans to the sales team for execution.

This is an office based role from our Doncaster offices with occasional travel to Birmingham.


This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a sales and marketing team, and a chance to assist in the implementation of key sales and marketing objectives which involve planned and strategic growth.


  • Identifying key target customers and their operating structure in line with the accountbased marketing strategy
  • Identify market opportunities using a variety data sources to ensure we never miss an opportunity
  • Responsible for building and maintaining personas for those target customers and their messaging in order to create effective campaigns that drive sales results
  • Develop growth strategies with the sales team to optimise engagement within highvalue accounts
  • Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
  • Development and management of CRM and tracking of lead generation and conversion throughout the sales funnel
  • Perform indepth research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Managing digital marketing performance including implementing website strategy, SEO strategies, PPC
  • Collaborating with sales teams to improve sales and marketing results
  • Measuring KPI's, including website traffic, audience engagement, and other key metrics
  • Develop metrics to measure the performance of existing marketing and sales campaigns
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to grow relationships with target accounts
  • Utilising Net Promoter Score to provide an understanding of our customer experience

THE PERSON:

Required

  • A comprehensive understanding of accountbased marketing
  • An understanding of personas and the ability to build effective messaging
  • An analytical thinker able to assess data and digital effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in written form
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Datadriven with an understanding of CMS such as Wordpress, Google Analytics, Semrush
Beneficial

  • A knowledge of SEO, SEM
  • Experience of CRM systems and managing sales funnels
