Stratton Creber Commercial is a well-established firm of chartered surveyors with offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Truro and is the leading commercial property consultancy for Devon in terms of number of agency deals.

The company also provides a full range of commercial property services including; agency, property management and valuation, to a wide range of clients.


Stratton Creber Commercial is now seeking to expand its Exeter professional team by appointing a new Professional Surveyor in order to assist with the ever increasing Valuation and Landlord & Tenant workload.


ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • To become a part of a successful team with a strong presence in the commercial property market in Devon
  • To undertake marketing of properties in the industrial, office and retail sectors
  • To have a lead role in client relationship management
  • To have a key role in business promotion and marketing
  • Dependent on skills and experience, to undertake Landlord & Tenant negotiations and/or valuations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • RICS Qualified or registered with RICS for APC
  • Working knowledge of property legislation
  • Local/regional market knowledge
  • Experience in the commercial property sector
  • Good social skills, particularly business networking
  • Excellent oral and written language skills, including report writing abilities
  • Good IT skills
