Earning from £39,456pa (dependant on credentials, experience and licence capabilities) plus plenty of overtime opportunities as well as a bonus scheme, National Rescue recognises that quality wages attract quality technicians and are one of only a few Recovery Operators in the Country that offer a complete basic wage as opposed to commission related wages or retainers with unreachable targets.

Shift patterns consist of six days on, two days off, twelve hour days with varying start times.

Twenty eight days holiday per year (inc Bank Holidays) and Company contributing pension scheme as an optional extra.


External training courses are available for those who wish to expand on their existing roadside and recovery experience, along with Master Technician (1, 2 & 3), I.V.R., Driver CPC courses and Electric Vehicle training periodically.

This role should be seen as a starting block for a career within the vehicle repair and recovery sector.
