Join us as a Sustainability Associate and make a real difference. Your job is all about collecting data, helping projects run smoothly, and keeping everyone in the loop. You'll also do some research and write reports to help us make smart decisions. Plus, you'll help with day-to-day tasks to keep our team ticking. Your hard work will help us reaffirm our ambitions to be a responsible business within the textiles industry.

About You:

  • You will have a strong interest in sustainability and environmental practices.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can conduct thorough research and synthesise information.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

Key Skills

  • Data entry, database management, basic analytics.
  • Project assistance, task management, scheduling.
  • Email correspondence, meeting coordination, report writing.
  • Research techniques, literature review, information synthesis.
  • Report writing, data visualisation, presentation skills.
  • Administrative tasks, office software proficiency, scheduling.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Dive into the world of sustainability data, gathering and organising vital information to power our initiatives.
  • Join the action-packed team, assisting in the execution and management of sustainability projects, ensuring they hit the mark on time and within budget.
  • Be the bridge between teams and partners, fostering connections and collaboration for impactful change.
  • Embark on a journey of discovery, exploring sustainable practices and materials, and sharing your findings to shape our future.
  • Become the storyteller of sustainability, crafting compelling reports that guide our path towards a greener tomorrow.
  • Keep the wheels turning smoothly, providing essential support to our dynamic sustainability team.

Salary: £23497 per annum

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working:

While you're finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
