We are searching for an individual who has proven experience in administration who can support our dedicated Lettings Department as we look to increase and grow our portfolio.

Brief Job Description

Data entry / updating our Lettings Software Package.

Logging maintenance issues, reporting to landlords, liaising with contractors and contract holders.

Booking of Valuations/Take Ons/ Viewings and other diary management

Following checklists/ letting procedures in all daily administration tasks

Ability to work well under pressure & to deadlines in a fast paced environment

Excellent Customer Care with strong communication skills

Strong IT skills

Attention to detail & accuracy

A strong work ethic, team mentality and a positive attitude

Desirable Skills

Proven experience within Residential Lettings Agency Sector (greater than 1 year)

Knowledge of Lettings Agency Software (Expert Agent or Similar)

£22,308.00 per year
