Role Overview:
They are seeking a talented Senior Family Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in strategy, negotiation, and providing top-tier legal services in family law matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including matrimonial finance cases and private child law cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Conduct negotiations and develop strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in addressing all legal concerns.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Uphold professional responsibility and accountability in all aspects of legal practice.
  • Utilize strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating a great sense of humor and enjoying working in family law.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organization in a fastpaced legal environment.
  • Uphold the firm's reputation by delivering a firstclass service to clients.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive legal matters.
  • Work efficiently and methodically, remaining composed, reassuring, and empowering under pressure.
  • Exhibit selfmotivation, a strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve excellence in legal practice.

Requirements:

  • 7 years plus PQE in family law.
  • Experience in private family law practice.
  • Strong litigation experience in matrimonial finance cases and/or private child law cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • Wellorganized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Resilient, committed, and selfmotivated.
