About Our Client:

The HR Officer will be responsible for:
- Leading the operational delivery of the HR function
- Providing advice and guidance to line managers and HR
- Managing a caseload of employee relations cases of varying complexity
- Reviewing, updating and implementing policies and procedures
- Coordinating training and development
- Managing the end to end recruitment function
- All areas of HR Administration
- Supporting with payroll administration
- Leading HR related projects
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Officer will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L5 or above (desirable)
- A solid knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
