They are currently seeking two experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrators to join their expanding team So, What's in this Claims Warranty Advisor role for you?Monday to Friday schedule - no more weekendsExciting overtime opportunitiesComprehensive systems and process trainingUnlimited potential for career growth & salary incrementsEnjoy a generous 25 days of annual leaveWithin this Claims Warranty Advisor, your typical duties include:Verify and process warranty claim submissions.

Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorized repairers.
Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorized repairers.
Facilitate communication between customers and repairers.
Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels.
Ensure claims, capped at £700, comply with terms and conditions before authorization or rejection.

To be considered for this Claims Warranty Advisor, you will:

Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliableHave general PC skills & experience in MS OfficeExperience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered.
