Research Administrator: Early Psychosis Research

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual to carry out an administration coordination role in for the Early Psychosis Research Group led by Professor Belinda Lennox.
The post is based in Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital.The post is for a fixed term (funded for 30 months).
You will take a central role in administration acting as the main point of contact, showing initiative and providing proactive support to the project team.
This role involves liaising with individuals with a wide range of backgrounds including academics, researchers, clinicians, NHS and charity organisations, members of the public with lived experience of psychosis, carers and the Department administrative team.
You will deal with a wide range of matters, sometimes of a confidential nature.
You will be educated to degree standard or with equivalent professional experience, and have experience of providing a high level of customer service through managing administrative processes.
With excellent computer skills, you will have a high standard of numeracy, the ability to manage finances and a good understanding of the issues around confidentiality and information security.
Experience in maintaining web pages would be desirable as would as would experience of events organisation.
The closing date for this post is 12.00 midday on 13th December 2023 with interviews taking place on 5th January 2024.
