Bid Manager - London


We have an exciting new role for a Bid Manager who is looking to further their career in the within an environmental consultancy My client is one of the UK's leading property & infrastructure consultancies who work in sectors such as ecology, planning,sustainability & environmental.

You will assist the team by driving new business to my client by delivering proposals within the sustainability, environmental, and town planning divisions.


Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience in bid management (preferably within the environmental or sustainability sectors).
  • Multiple project management.
  • Able to win bids for consultancy services projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Educated to degree level in Business or Marketing, or another relevant field.
  • Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) foundation accredited or another relevant project management qualification such as AMP/Prince2.

Duties:

  • Search for opportunities by monitoring contract notices.
  • Keep the bid team uptodate.
  • Lead the proposals process from RFP/RFI, PQQ, Eol, ITTs to client delivery.
  • Business development.
  • Ensure project timelines are met.
  • Work closely with various teams within the company.
