  • Major Project, Residential New Build A Senior Commercial Manager with a significant background and experience within a Main Contracting environment and residential new build is required to undertake a leading role overseeing a significant new build project of £150m+ through the PCSA stages and managing key stakeholders throughout the process alongside the designated pre construction team overseeing the project.
Upon commencement, The Senior Commercial Manager will hold overall commercial and cost control of the project; managing risk and ensuring a robust commercial strategy to ensure successful delivery of the project.

In this role, You would be in a position to demonstrate a strong track record of project delivery, and responsibility for assembling, and managing a team to support day to day commercial activity across the project.

You will have experience of managing schemes via PCSA and pre construction stages through to final accounts.

Holding a similar role of responsibility as Lead Commercial Manager or Senior Management with a main contracting environment and deliver significant high rise, tall residential buildings.
