We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Management Associate to join the Performance Management team.
As an Associate within the Performance Management team, you will be expected to support all aspects of Performance Management within Financial Control in the Santander London Branch (SLB), with particular focus on Costs: specifically, Denarius allocations, Cosmos/ Argos uploads, support on Project Transfer and COO Tracker to enable accurate monitoring and reporting of the performance of different desks and the function.
The difference you'll make.
- Analysing multifinanced costs and liaison with Group for review and challenge
- Supporting the delivery of cost analysis
- Allocating costs across products for submission
- Supporting the production and submission of the COO Cost Tracking template
- Supporting on Project Transfer inbound and outbound charging of global costs where required
- Costing MI production on an adhoc basis for review by Senior Stakeholders across the Bank
- Liaising with peers within the broader Financial Control Team, across the Front Office and Support functions as well as Group function
What you'll bring.
- Experience and confidence using PowerBI and Excel
- Ability and knowledge to analyse and present data around costing

- Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders and peers
- Excellent attention to detail
