Job Description:

  • Manufacturing responsible for C4000
  • Manufacturing representative / Key Account for Business Team (C4000) incl. development, quality and other global functions at Worcester Plant
  • Manufacturing representative in C4000 project assuring adherence to Planning Guidelines, DFMA, cost, quality, and time schedules
  • Coordination of industrialization activities across TT locations for C4000
  • Standardization of C4000 product industrialization and serial production processes
  • Alignment of C4000 manufacturing strategies with central functions and plants
  • Provide relevant make costs (TCO) / MoB study and coordinate production location decision
  • Support machinery and tooling processes and approve investment in relevant fields
  • Support quality problems and improvements
  • Support Combustion Systems specific technology & process development
  • Participation and exchange on CS meetings for C4000
  • Specify the monitoring KPI for responsibility field and collect the relevant data
  • Cooperation and active support Worcester Plant production improvement projects
  • Coordination of Benchmark activities with other plants
  • Cooperation across our division plants for strategy and vision activities (e.g. Worcester Plant strategy,)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Mechanical Engineering or comparable
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technical area
  • Sense of entrepreneurship and strong interest in manufacturing & product development topics
  • Experience with TimetoMarket process (TTM Classic & TTM Agile)
  • Experience with Design for Assembly and Automation (DFMA, PGL, Lean Line Design)
  • Ability to organize and structure work independently
  • Ability to manage projects one time and work on tight deadlines
  • Aspiration to highest standards of work, high willingness to go the "extra mile" and selfstarter mentality
  • Good communication skills: English
Additional Information

Expected Start Date: 01 April 2023

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon - Thurs and Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
