The Station in Rotherham is under new management and has already succeed in bringing a family feel relaxed pub and take away chip shop to the local community and for commuters who use Swinton train station.

We are looking to expand our kitchen team.

As Fryer you will not only bring experience in the industry but also ideas of how we can expand and offer something different to our customers.

As a fryer in conjunction with other team members you will be responsible for:

• Food preparation while upholding product quality in line with standards.
• Responsible for all the frying and organising the team to ensure a perfect fish and chip and restaurant experience.
• Working closely with the Head Supervisor to ensure stock is controlled and ordered correctly.
• Maintaining all aspects of food hygiene and cleanliness to a high standard
• Interacting with customers while maintaining a positive brand image and service standards including uniform, presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service

Minimum hours will be 45 per week, You will also be expected to work weekends and public holidays.

In addition we offer pension scheme, on site parking. Holidays are 5.6 weeks per year.

Salary:
From £11.50 per hour

Experience:

• Frying: 1 year (preferred)
• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
• Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
