Corporate Solicitor - leading national firm - Nottingham PQE


Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its large corporate team in Nottingham due to on-going growth.

This Corporate Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time permanent basis with flexible working options accommodated and flexible hybrid working as standard.

Excellent salary commensurate with experience and good progression prospects for the right individual.

The Role

As a Corporate Solicitor in this team, you would:

  • Work on all aspects of corporate transactional and reorganisation work to include M&A (both domestic and cross-border), ECM, private equity and venture capital transactions.
  • Act for SMEs, OMBs, VCs, financial institutions, PLCs on corporate transactions through the business life cycle.
  • Be involved in business development from the outset.
  • Act for clients cross the energy, education, retail, logistics, healthcare, social care, technical and banking sectors.
About You

To be successful in your application for this Corporate Solicitor vacancy, you will have:

  • A minimum of two years' PQE with strong transactional experience during that time.
  • A strong academic background.
  • A good teamwork ethic.
  • The ability to manage client relationships on a day to day basis.
  • Ambition and the desire to become a future leader.
