Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a competent person to join a small hardworking team within a family owned bakery & retail shop.

We are looking for someone to work 2-3 days per week plus one Saturday every month on average.


The role will mainly consist of front of house duties but you will also need to undertake back of house duties as well.

Advertised salary is for an adult. We still pay above min wage for every other age group though

Live close to Wetherby and are able to commute easily.

  • Be able deliver excellent customer service
  • Experience of working in a retail/food shop is preferable
  • Strong communication skills and lots of common sense
  • Some knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures
