What you'll be doing...
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to meet the needs of our internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives
- Analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Optimising data models and queries for performance and efficiency
- Identifying, gathering and analysing data... translating it into easy-to-understand charts, tables and reports to showcase the benefit of accurate data and insight
- Working with different areas of the business to understand their reporting needs
- Keeping up to date on the latest Power BI developments, features and best practices
We are looking for someone with a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with a focus on creating insightful and actionable reports for our internal users and clients.

- Experience of Microsoft Dataverse, Azure Data Factory, Power Query and / or equivalent SQL / ETL tools and technologies
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and other data manipulation languages
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to travel regularly into our Castle Donington office
