Vickerstock are working exclusively with a leading EPC contractor specialising in the renewable energy and data centre markets.
With more than 30-years' experience delivering projects across the world and a turnover of €500m, this organisation has recently established a new Belfast office to enhance their already exceptional offering while giving local engineering talent the opportunity to work in a high-growth sector without the need to travel or relocate.
As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are now seeking to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer to take on a leading role in this new venture.
Your new role as a Civil Engineer (Team Lead)In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of Civil Engineers who will focus on the delivery of civil infrastructure projects related to transmission and distribution schemes within the renewable energy sector.
Project workload will include wind farm, solar farm and battery storage schemes.What you will need to succeed as a Civil Engineer (Team Lead)
A degree (MEng preferred) in Civil Engineering;
Chartered with a relevant professional body;
A minimum of 8-years' experience working within a design consultancy with an emphasis on Civils design to include, roads, drainage, utilities and ground engineering;
Some experience working in the renewable energy sector would be an advantage;
