Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily rosters and staff cover management
  • Maintaining and rewarding excellent customer service standards
  • Coaching and developing staff for future success
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Establishing and maintaining a positive sales culture
  • Optimizing stock levels and meeting visual merchandising standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years in a retail management role or similar management experience
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Proven ability in coaching and developing team members
  • Goal-driven mindset for achieving great sales results
