Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week 9am - 5.30pm.

We're looking for talented and ambitious sales administrators to join our rapidly growing business.

You'll be responsible for providing support to the Indirect Sales Channel, and Yu Energy Brokers in acquiring and retaining Business Customers and TPI relationships.

What We Need from Yü:

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • To process sales from a number of different channels.
  • Ensuring sales go through a quality assurance process.
  • Working through the tenders inbox and allocating tenders to Account Managers.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service by screening enquiries out of the tender's inbox and resolving queries including, copy bills, Statement of Accounts, HH/Account Data requests.
  • Responsible for the Sales Support inbox and ensuring queries are sent to the relevant teams and TPI's kept updated.
  • Renewal Screening all batch filed channels.
  • Responsible for Portal Credit Authorisations, reporting sales figures and responding to TPI enquiries
  • Validation of Broker Portal Sales credit authorisations, TPI onboarding and User set up.
  • Registration & Transfers queries including Erroneous Transfers (ET's), Live Dates.
  • TPI Onboarding, including system setup, salesforce setup and due diligence.
  • Providing portal access to brokers & Internal staff & noting up the log accordingly.
  • Answering incoming calls / transferring calls to the right person or passing the message to the right person.
  • Sending Price books to TPI's weekly or whenever there is a change in the price book.
  • Sending status Check Lists/ status report to brokers.
  • Ensure adherence to the Sales Policy.
  • Working closely with TPI Relationship Managers.
  • Pricing tenders (including TPI Renewals).
  • Providing excellent Customer Service and resolving queries in a timely manner (including copy bills, Statement of Accounts, account data requests etc.).
  • Reporting Sales figures.
  • Validating TPI Portal Sales credit authorisations, TPI onboarding and user set up.
  • Sending Price books to TPI's weekly or as required.
  • Sending status check lists and reports to TPI's.
  • Adhering to the Company Sales Policy and service levels.
  • Gaining detailed knowledge of the industry and TPI channel, focusing on our TPI's wants and needs to help maximize sales.
  • Managing workloads without being micromanaged.
  • Working with allocated support, providing timely responses with appropriate and accurate information.
  • Providing up to date statuses to your line manager for all key accounts.
  • Managing account planning and pipelines.
