Job Role:
Payroll Team Leader

Salary:
Up to £45,000 + bonus

Location:
Birmingham

Positions:
Permanent position

Main Duties:

  • Leading an experienced team of Payroll Specialists.
  • Support management for complete payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff performance implement training.
  • Analyse statistics to maintain efficiency and quality in hitting targets.

Experience:

  • Experience as a Payroll Team Leader.
  • CIPP qualified (desirable).
  • Ability to lead a team in work, to motivate and manage.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and be adapatable.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
