Town and Country are seeking a property valuer and lister to work from our busy Wrexham office. Applicants must be friendly and outgoing, self motivated and a good team player. Experience would be preferred but not completely necessary. If you have a good sales background training can be provided.


Town & Country Wrexham have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and property values and office manager to join our busy North Wales team.

Training in the 'Alto' property software program will be provided and flexible working hours may be required. Predominately based out of our Wrexham office the successful applicant must an experienced values and sales person.


The outstanding qualities the successful applicant must possess is to be extremely personable, well presented and above all, enjoy helping our valued customers with the whole process of both buying and selling their homes.


  • Excellent customer facing and phone manner.
  • 2 years' experience of valuing property for residential sales with strong conversion rate.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated

The Role(in brief)

  • Valuing, appraising and listing property in volume.
  • Sales targets and motivating sales teams.
  • Ability to liaise with customers and staff.
  • Producing weekly management reports.

The Package:

  • Salary starting £30,000 dependant on experience and track record.
  • 20 days off per year plus bank holidays.
  • Car Allowance.
  • Mileage Allowance.
