Simply Education are working closely with a number of primary schools in the Sleaford area that are looking to recruit teaching assistants to support learners throughout the school day.


The role will include working with learners on both a a one to one and group basis to help with their educational and social education.

We are ideally looking for motivated and caring individuals with some form of experience working with children for the roles.

There are multiple roles available so there are both full time and part time roles needed.

What do you need?

  • Either Qualified Teaching Assistant level 1, 2 or 3; or have at least 3 months experience working with children.
  • 10 year checkable work/education history
  • Our compliance department consistently maintains the highest standards of vetting to ensure we continually maintain our REC Audited Education Status. All candidates who register with Simply Education will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
