Property Manager, £28-32,000 based in OxfordOur client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Manager to join their dynamic team.

The successful individual will have previous experience within a similar role, enjoy being busy and be able to provide an exceptional level of service.

Areas of Accountability: Manage the property portfolio, providing advice and support to Landlord and TenantsManage all property maintenance enquiriesLiaise with Landlords and contractors for works to be completedArrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentationArrange and carry out property inspections including reporting findingsProcess all tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations

The Individual:
