JOB PURPOSE

MANDATORY TRAINING ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
The duties of a Trainer within Sure Group will include but not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining the requirements of Mandatory Training required for our Care Staff to operate in the community
  • Maintain and build relationships with our Care Teams from a Training specific stand point
  • Being available to coordinate and produce information at request of CQC or visiting auditors
  • Deliver client Specific training standards (Location specific Medication courses)
  • Support when needed to deliver community/field based training and support
  • Stay alert of future requirements and standards of training in the homecare setting
  • Host weekly training courses within our group of offices
  • Update Training Matrix's and Training Certificates for compliance matters
  • Maintain accurate records and registers for those who have attended courses
  • Ensure Training is relevant and well supported within Sure Healthcare
  • Ensure we follow all company policies and procedures and that we are always fully compliant in line with government and statutory requirements
  • Ensure share and teach all company policies and procedures to incumbent staff and that we are always fully compliant in line with government and statutory requirements
  • To travel between the Leeds & Barnsley office to conduct healthcare training.
  • Reporting to the Training Manager of Healthcare division and support within the division to enable smooth and effective training.

Job Types:

Salary:
From £27,000.00 per year
