As the Insurance Disputes team at the firm continues to grow, they are in search of a newly qualified solicitor to join their team.

The ideal candidate should have a background in professional indemnity litigation, including knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedures, as well as experience in advising insurers and professionals on disputes related to construction, legal issues, or finances.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and business-oriented advice, demonstrating strong technical skills, and overseeing junior lawyers.

With a consistent influx of new instructions from existing clients, the firm is looking for a motivated solicitor with strong technical abilities, ambition, and a dedication to nurturing client relationships and providing exceptional service.

The Candidate

  • A newly qualified solicitor or a trainee solicitor nearing qualification
  • Training experience in areas such as Professional Indemnity, Commercial Litigation, or Construction
  • Genuine passion for professional indemnity matters
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Effective team player in handling complex cases
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships
  • Strong drafting abilities
  • Prior experience in litigation
