Job Description

If you are a skilled Cost Manager looking for rewarding opportunities in dynamic infrastructure projects that push the boundaries of innovation, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking Cost Managers to contribute to our growth trajectory, specifically in the water and environment sectors. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of various capital projects, collaborating with a team of experts who are passionate about innovation and cutting-edge solutions.

Joining the Buildings & Places Infrastructure team as a Cost Manager, you will offer comprehensive and value-driven services to prominent clients in the water sector. There may also be chances to engage with projects in highways, rail, and power sectors.

Key responsibilities will entail:

  • Complete cost management tasks throughout project lifecycles, from project inception to conclusion
  • Ensure top-tier professional competence and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Promote performance excellence and technical proficiency within the team
  • Cultivate client relationships and identify business development opportunities

Skills/experience required:
  • Familiarity with NEC4 contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC)
  • Experience in collaborative cost management within multi-organizational teams
  • Previous exposure to client organizations is advantageous

  • Ideally possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field, with Chartered status
  • Accredited MRICS (or progressing towards membership)
